The Service

EquiVault is an AI-powered financial intelligence platform. It provides source-grounded analysis derived from SEC filings, earnings transcripts, and other public financial data.

EquiVault is not a registered investment advisor and does not provide financial advice. All analysis is for informational and research purposes only.

Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older, or have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Each seat is for one individual user unless you are on a Team or Enterprise plan.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

Acceptable Use

You may use EquiVault for lawful financial research and analysis. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Redistribute EquiVault data or analysis to third parties without authorization.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Use the platform for insider trading, market manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose.

Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling.

Subscription & Payment

• Free tier: no payment required, subject to usage limits.
• Paid tiers: billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual billing saves 16% (2 months free).
• Cancellation: takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Intellectual Property

• The EquiVault platform, brand, and technology are owned by Altitudes Cloud B.V.
• Your data and analysis outputs generated through the platform are owned by you.
• SEC filing data is public domain, sourced from SEC EDGAR.
• Branded exports use your firm's branding with our formatting engine.

• EquiVault is not financial advice. We are not a registered investment advisor.
• AI-generated analysis should be independently verified. Citations are provided to facilitate verification.
• The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

• EquiVault is not liable for investment decisions made based on analysis produced by the platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or the acceptable use policy.
• Data export is available for 30 days after account termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.

Changes

We will provide at least 30 days notice before material changes to these terms take effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
